Business Procedure

Initial Meeting
A preliminary meeting will be held between the client and our staff.
We will shed a light on the various circumstances and conduct a detail hearing.

Prior Survey
We will first gather related preliminary information, based on which we will carry out a prior survey and study.
This includes prior inspection of the venue and/or the building and risk analysis from different angles.

Security Planning
We will establish a tentative safety and security plan.
This includes scheduling, staff mobilization, and management plan.

Initial Proposal and Necessary Modification
We will present our initial proposal to the client.
An explanation on the potential risks will be given at the outset.
The client may study the proposal and gives its opinion, comments and additional requirement as the case may be on the proposal. The initial proposal will then be modified reflecting the agreed changes.

Concluding Contract
A formal contract will be prepared for signature, fully reflecting the security planning.

Execution of Contract
We will perform our service duties in accordance with the contract.

Progress Reporting
We will make a timely reporting on a real-time basis on the events taking place.

Final Reporting
We will make a final reporting at the completion of our services.
